By downloading, installing, or using CloudScape ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
CloudScape Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.

CloudScape provides weather forecasts, photography condition scores, and environmental data for informational and planning purposes only. Weather data is sourced from third-party providers and may not always be accurate. Do not rely on the App for safety-critical decisions. Always check official weather warnings from your local meteorological authority.
All content, design, code, and branding within the App are the property of CloudScape and are protected by intellectual property laws. The Golden Shot scoring algorithm, UI design, and all original content remain our exclusive property.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, missed photography opportunities, or reliance on forecast information.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CloudScape and its developers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
